Refund policy

Contraire is sold at wholesale to spas, hotels, and wellness professionals, and every order is backed by our one-year buyback guarantee.

One-year buyback

If professional inventory you purchased at wholesale has not sold within one year of delivery, we will buy it back. Bottles must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition in their original packaging.

To start a buyback, contact us at hello@contraire.com with your order number and the number of unopened bottles you’d like to return. We’ll confirm your request and send a return shipping label with instructions. Bottles sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

You can request a buyback on all or part of an order. You’re not required to return a full case.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned bottles, we’ll let you know whether the buyback was approved. If approved, we refund what you paid for those units to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping is not refunded. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your buyback and you have not received the refund, contact us at hello@contraire.com.

European Union

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
